Constructed in 1979 as an exclusive
private estate, this 4700 square foot
dwelling was converted to Bed and
Breakfast accommodations in early
1995. Overly large guest rooms and
spacious common areas grace the
B&B interior while wildlife, native landscape and a hiking trail enrich the surrounding grounds. Traveling with your horse? We have stalls, paddocks and pastures available for horses of our overnight guests.
An expansive, multi-level deck with sunken hot tub allows lodging guests to savor the sunrise views over the Mosquito Mountain Range and Arkansas River canyon, enjoy the many types of birds including our hummingbirds and then soak their weary bones under a black sky full of stars.

We have many B&B Specials and Packages, available
both seasonal and year-round, that offer a good discount
to our regular rates. Our seasonal bed and breakfast
packages include great ways to enjoy the many activities in
the area such as Whitewater Rafting, Skiing, Horseback
riding, Fishing, Snowmobiling and 4-Wheeling. Some specials
focus on romance such as our Valentines Day Package. And
of course, there is always our ever popular Sweetheart package that is available year round. We can also add balloons, flowers or a bottle of chilled bubbly to any of our rooms, just let us know. Check back often... because you never know when something special is going on!
