About us

37 acres with comfortable rooms and spacious chalets

A comfortable country inn; the Tudor Rose Bed and Breakfast was constructed in 1979 as an exclusive private estate. This 4700 square foot dwelling was converted to a bed and breakfast in early 1995.
The inn resides proudly atop a ridge and is surrounded by 37 acres of pinon pines. Bordered by three mountain ranges, which offer commanding 360 degree views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains by day and a sky full of stars at night, the B&B offers accommodations with the tranquility and seclusion of the mountains. Guests enjoy easy access to downtown Salida, CO only 1 1/2 miles away, making the Tudor Rose an inviting alternative to typical hotel lodging.

"We have been around the world from London to Venice, from Milan to New York, from Cambridge England to Maine - and we have yet to discover a Bed & Breakfast which has made us
feel at home and welcome as here at the Tudor Rose."
