Bed & Breakfast Policies

Check-In: 4PM-6PM (Please contact us for late check-in procedures)
Check-Out: 10:30AM
7 Day cancellation with no charge or fee.
Cancellation or rescheduling within 7 days of arrival is subject to full charge of reservation total, unless room(s) are rerented and if so, no charge or fee
Children welcome 10 years and older
Sorry, no pets at the B&B, only at the Chalets

Chalet Policies

Check-Out: 11AM
6 people maximum per chalet
$200 a night for two people, extra persons are $25 per night (no charge for 1 year old or less but still counts towards occupancy)
50% deposit charged upon reservation
Balance charged 14 days prior to arrival
$50 cancellation fee for all cancellations
30 days needed to receive deposit back, less $50
Less than 30 days and more than 14 days, deposit is forfeited, unless Chalet rerented, then deposit refunded less $50 fee
Less than 14 days, all charges forfeited, unless Chalet rerented,
then charges refunded less $50 fee
Sorry, breakfast is not included in a Chalet rental
Use of the hot tub at the B&B is not available

We make every effort to accommodate requests for a specific Chalet, however we can not guarantee a specific Chalet.

Dogs
All Chalets are dog friendly, $10 per dog per night
Dogs may not be left alone in the Chalet unless kenneled or crated and must be on a leash while walking them.
Dogs must be kept off of the furniture. Evidence of dogs on the furniture will incur an additional cleaning fee.
You must pick up after your pet.
Dogs must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damage occurs, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card on file.

Chalet Cleaning Fee
We do not charge an additional cleaning fee with your Chalet rental. We just ask that you try to return the Chalet in the condition in which it was received. This means that all dishes, pots, pans, utensils etc. be washed, dried and put away in a clean condition. Kitchen towels and cleaning towels are available in the kitchen drawer. If you make a mess or spill food etc, the counters, appliances, cabinets and floors should be wiped clean, including bathrooms. Your cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink. If you track in excessive dirt etc, sweep and/or vacuum the floors. The closet underneath the stairs contains a broom and a vacuum. All of your trash, from all the trash cans be taken to our dumpster. Notify us immediately if it appears the Chalet is dirty or damaged upon check in.

There is no need to do anything with sheets, towels and linens. Please leave any used bed unmade.

We will use the credit card we have on file if we have to charge for excessive cleaning or damage. The minimum additional cleaning fee is $75, so please do your part. Charges above and beyond that will be assessed on a case by case basis

Travel Insurance
There are many types of travel insurance that may protect you in the event you need to cancel within the cancellation policy.

We have stalls, paddocks and pastures available for horses of our overnight guests. To avoid any inconvenience, we require current negative coggins and health papers on all horses. $10.50 per horse per night.

AUTO-COLLECT
Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome.
